“ Grabbed a chicken vodka parmesan hero from Pizzaro's as a takeaway order. The girl working the front was very nice but wasn't very knowledgeable about food (suggesting American cheese for a parmesan sandwich), luckily the pizza maker was right there and he was also very friendly and knew what I was asking for. Sandwich was in the ballpark of $10 and change. This was a really good sandwich for this area. I enjoyed the roll a lot (which is half the battle out here) and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The sauce had a nice touch of cream and butter with fresh basil and was truly delicious. I rated this very high on my list of local places to get a chicken vodka parmesan sandwich (I try them all over) and stand by that assessment. I'd like to go back and try the pizza and other dishes but Pizzaro's for sure - Didn't Suck! “ I've been coming here for years; never wanted to let the secret out. Formerly great, hidden treasure, tho I'm only a weekday (off peak) year round patron 10x/ year. Recently sold. My first visit since: 2 chicken cheesesteaks. Order was ready on time, hot, sandwiches full of meat. Bread, as opposed to roll, was fresh and toasted a bit, but I am partial to complete hoagie roll vs. section of French bread-like roll. Meat was plentiful but overly seasoned. Don't get me wrong- it was tasty, but I'd prefer to season my own. Service was pleasant. I'll certainly continue to order from Pizzaros. I always believed them to be much better than the reviews on here in the past, and I'll check out more in the future and update. ”
